A5: We know that time is of the essence, so we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Typically, the bulk lead time will be around 15-25 days after your samples are approved and the deposit has been paid.

Q7: Can I order some samples for testing?
A7: We understand the importance of testing before making a larger order. Samples will be invoiced at FOB prices x 2, but don't worry, this amount will be refunded when you place orders and meet the minimum order quantity of 150 pcs per style per color.

A8: Yes, we take pride in offering both OEM and ODM services. Customization is one of our strengths, so if you have a specific shape in mind, we can definitely make it happen.
